One of the greatest lessons yoga has taught me and will continue to teach me? Everyday is a practice. You are not perfect. You are not supposed to be perfect. You are human. We wake up every single day with a chance to learn, to grow, to be curious, and to be less judgmental. It starts with you first.
The results are cool but everything else in between? That’s growth.

Hi friend, I’m April! Ya girl debated for a long time if I actually wanted to teach yoga. I was scared I’d lose my own practice and passion amongst the chaos. Well, I’m here to report I totally have not, and I could not imagine doin’ anything else.
In addition to showing up as my authentic self, the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that it’s not about me. I’m there to open the container for others. What they do with it is their choice.

I offer private guided hiking with a yoga session right here in Phoenix! Two hours total and perfect for out-of-towners.
