RETREATS
A change of scenery, a little movement, and time for yourself.
From yoga and exploring somewhere new to slow mornings and conversations with new friends, these retreats are an invitation to pause, reconnect, and enjoy being where you are.
Sometimes we need a little space from our everyday routines to reconnect with ourselves, spend time outside, try something new, and be around people who remind us what it feels like to slow down.
My retreats bring together movement, nature, meaningful connection, and intentional rest. Some moments might be planned, like a yoga class or a workshop. Others might be a long conversation over a meal, an afternoon exploring somewhere new, or finally having the time to do absolutely nothing.
More Than Just A Getaway
Retreats go beyond yoga. I provide transformative experiences that nurture the mind, body and soul, while fostering a community dedicated to authentic well-being and relaxation.
There's no expectation to show up a certain way, keep up with anyone else, or leave feeling like a completely different person. It's about giving yourself the space to be present, see what comes up, and enjoy the experience as it unfolds.
WHAT MAKES A RETREAT?
01 | MOVEMENT + CONNECTION
Moving, breathing, and experiencing things together creates space for connection in ways that don't always happen in our everyday lives. From yoga and workshops to shared meals and conversations, it's about reconnecting with yourself while getting to know the people around you.
02 | NATURE + ADVENTURE
Exploring new places, spending time outside, and taking in the landscape around us. Whether it's a hike, discovering somewhere new, or simply enjoying a quiet moment outdoors, there's room to explore at your own pace.
03 | REST + NOURISHMENT
Time to slow down, enjoy nourishing meals, and step away from the usual rush. Think quiet mornings, restorative yoga, unhurried afternoons, and permission to take the time you need.
04 | LEARNING + GROWTH
Opportunities to explore new ideas, try something different, and learn more about yourself. Through workshops, conversations, and intentional experiences, you'll have space to reflect and take something meaningful home with you.

RETURN TO YOU
Zion National Park | January 28β31, 2027
Four days to slow down, move, explore, and reconnect in the incredible landscapes of southern Utah.
Between yoga, time outdoors, shared meals, exploring the area, and evenings spent unwinding together, this retreat is an opportunity to step away from your usual routine and make room for something different.
Come for the scenery, the movement, the adventure, or the chance to have a few days that feel a little less like everyday life. There's room for all of it.
It's not just about what's on the itinerary.
The Moments In Between
Some of the best parts of a retreat aren't necessarily the things we planned.
It's the conversations that last longer than expected, the laughter around the dinner table, the quiet moments outside, the people you didn't know before arriving, and the feeling of not having to rush off to the next thing.
We'll make time for the planned experiences, but we'll also leave room for things to unfold naturally. Time to explore, time to rest, time to connect, and time to simply enjoy being somewhere new.
You don't have to make every moment meaningful. Sometimes it's enough to be there.
HEY, IβM APRIL!
the yoga teacher behind yoga with april β¨
My approach to yoga has always been about meeting people exactly where they are, creating space to move and rest, and making the practice feel approachable rather than intimidating.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to host more than 12 retreats, bringing people together in different places for movement, exploration, meaningful connection, and time away from the everyday.
I love creating experiences that give people permission to slow down, try something new, and connect with themselves and the people around them. You don't need to be an experienced yogi, travel with a friend, or arrive with any particular expectations. Just come as you are.
My hope is that you leave with wonderful memories, connections that stay with you, and maybe a few reminders of how good it can feel to make space for yourself.
a few places weβve been
Every retreat has its own personality. Different places, different people, different experiences but always an opportunity to step outside the everyday and make space for something meaningful.
Over the years, these retreats have brought people together through yoga, nature, shared meals, workshops, adventure, and plenty of moments we couldn't have planned if we tried.

Maybe it's time to make a little room for yourself.
You don't need to wait until you're burned out, have everything figured out, or find the perfect time on your calendar to take a step back.
Sometimes it's enough to say yes to a few days somewhere new, an opportunity to move your body, a chance to meet people, or a little time that belongs just to you.
