Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I believe yoga is for every body, and my work is centered around making that belief feel practical, accessible, and supportive in real life. Through private yoga, restorative wellness, and mobility-focused sessions across Mesa, Phoenix, Arcadia, and the East Valley, I help create a space where you can slow down, explore movement without pressure, and begin exactly where you are.

Nothing can describe the feeling of sharing your passion with others.
Watching someone reconnect to their breath, find ease in their body, and leave a session feeling a little more grounded than when they arrived keeps me doing this work. This practice has become so much more than movement for me; it’s a space for connection, healing, and remembering what it feels like to slow down in a world that moves very fast.
I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching and hands-on experience working with private clients, group classes, and community wellness events. I am also certified in Animal Flow, which adds a dynamic, mobility-based movement practice to my approach, allowing me to support strength, control, and functional movement in a more integrated way.
I offer private yoga, restorative wellness, and mobility-focused sessions throughout Mesa, Phoenix, and the East Valley, both in person and virtually.

I’m April, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience based in Mesa, Arizona. Through private yoga, restorative wellness, and mobility-focused sessions, I help clients across the East Valley slow down, reconnect, and build a more supportive relationship with their bodies through intentional movement and nervous system awareness.
I’ve dedicated myself to a consistent yoga practice since 2015. Today I strive to always remain a student by taking continuing education courses.
I love inspiring people to connect with themselves through a movement- and inversion-based practice. With the proper guidance and training tools, we make what seems impossible, possible.
As we dive into this journey together, I will be there every step of the way to remind you that yes, this is hard work but this is work that you can do. All you have to do is show up for yourself, I've taken care of the rest.
MY TEACHING METHOD
01 | FIND YOUR CURIOSITY
My sessions are designed to help you embrace the freedom and the structure to find the deepest connection to self. Embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, inner calm, and wellbeing.
02 | PLUG INTO THE PRESENT
Your breath, at any given time, is the most present moment you have. We practice coming back to the breath and enjoying the here and now. This cultivates a sense of balance and harmony within.
03 | LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD
We practice for ourselves. When things get hard we take the tools we have. Our curiosity and breath help us to focus and to remind ourselves we can do the hard things. Let’s do this.
