You want connection that feels real, not performative

WHAT YOUR WEEKEND WILL LOOK LIKE

We intentionally plan the agenda for each retreat we host based on factors like location, time of year, group size and more. We typically share a finalized agenda no later than 2-3 weeks prior to a retreat. Here’s some of the things you may expect each day.

Rooted Renewal Wellness Retreats is seriously the best. The activities were so unique. They offered horse yoga and it was so grounding in a way I can’t describe. This was one of many activities that supported my wellness. The retreat was located at a beautiful ranch outside of Austin, Texas. It was the perfect setting: quiet, open, and just far enough from the city to breathe.

Most importantly, Rooted Renewal created a safe space for everybody involved. No judgment, no pressure to perform or be anything other than yourself. That safety let me actually do the work. I left feeling stronger in mind, body, and spirit. If you’re on the fence about a retreat, this is the one.

Rooted Retreats provide an experience unlike anything else! These retreats provide a chance to connect with yourself as well as others in a safe, encouraging, and authentic environment. Between daily meditations, cold plunges, delicious food, yoga practices friendly to all levels, community, and genuine conversations, to time spent outdoors in beautiful nature-these retreats truly are a gift to yourself. I have been to three Rooted Renewal Wellness Retreats so far and each experience has left me feeling inspired and refreshed.

MEET APRIL

After discovering the practice of yoga in 2019, April decided to dive into Yoga Teacher Training by completing her 200hr.

With over 8 years of experience and countless continued education courses, teaching yoga has become her life’s purpose. But not just teaching yoga. She’s motivated by the opportunity to help others find their way into a sustainable and realistic yoga practice.

April’s teaching style is inspired by the traditional practice of yoga with a modern spin. Incorporating elements of both effort and ease, expect unique strength-based transitions balanced by consistent breath patterns.

Her goal is to help her students turn the repetition of their practice into a ritualistic experience.

As a recent certified Animal Flow L-1 instructor, she incorporates even more mind-body awareness to help you take that off your mat and into daily life.. πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ§‘
